Yes. Footprints change: move up when you add states, move down if you consolidate. You change your plan from the billing page in your account. An upgrade takes effect at once with no extra charge, and the new price starts with your next payment. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current month (after an upgrade, from the month the new price starts). No penalty either direction.
Unlimited distributors and unlimited history on every plan. Seats scale with the plan: Signal includes 3 users and 9 field reps, Command 5 users and 20 field reps, and Managed is unlimited. Office users get the full dashboard; field reps get the call list and the accounts assigned to them.
You stop paying at the end of your current month. Cancel during your 30-day trial and you're never charged. No contract, no cancellation fee. You can still export all your data for 30 days after your subscription ends; after that we may delete it, as section 3.5 of our Terms of Service says. We'd rather earn the renewal than lock the door.
